There are three divisions of 250m, 500m and 1000m  that measure performance across the wind, through a gybe and back to where you started. Each division result is a measure of the best average speed over a distance that can be less than the division distance but cannot be more.

To copy the data to your local machine for viewing in RealSpeed or Google Earth, select the track data with the right mouse button and choose "Save Target As...". RealSpeed can be downloaded from  RealSpeed Installation.
