Splits are an analysis method that allows you "split" your track file into sections of a specified distance for analysis. If you choose a distance of 1000 meters, the results window will show your performance over each 1000 meters starting with the fastest 1000 to the slowest 1000. The results displayed can be sorted into time order, or any other order by clicking on the column header. |
